Overview

The NACA Board is pleased to welcome everyone to attend our 2026 Annual Conference at The W Hotel in Scottsdale!

We are excited to welcome all to Arizona this spring to discuss emerging topics facing the contingency and entertainment insurance industry.

NACA Membership Fees

Corporate Membership is USD $400 and now allows an UNLIMITED number of employees to be named as members. This entitles you to members only access to conference details, membership list of the association and NACA industry News and Events. You must be a member in order to access discount conference and hotel rates!

Conference Cancellation Policy

  • If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason, at any time leading up to the start of the event, they may substitute by arrangement with the board, someone else within their company to attend in their place
  • Transfer registration to the following annual conference
  • Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person for the annual conference, then the following refund arrangements apply:
    • a refund of their registration fee in full, including off-site events if registered, if notified 30 days prior to commencement
    • If notified less than 30 days prior to commencement, please contact the board to discuss further options if needed.

Please note any hotel bookings will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Hotel’s group booking cancellation policy. Please contact them directly if a change in your reservation is needed as the board is not in a position to cancel or refund hotel bookings on attendees’ behalf.

The Golf Tournament Will Be Held At TPC Scottsdale Champions Course. The Tournament Will Be A Scramble Format With A Shotgun Start At 12:30 PM. The Shuttle Buses Will Pickup Golfers From The Hotel At 10:30 AM. Please Check Back For The Transportation Schedules And Details On The Food & Beverage Offerings For The Golf Tournament.

The Annual Conference will include exciting sessions from various industry experts including a special keynote speaker this year. Check back for additional details closer to the conference.

Golf Tournament

The golf tournament will be held at TPC Scottsdale Champions Course. The tournament will be a scramble format with a shotgun start at 12:30 PM. The shuttle buses will pickup golfers from the hotel at 10:30 AM. Please check back for the transportation schedules and details on the food & beverage offerings for the golf tournament.
