We are excited to welcome all to Clearwater this spring to discuss emerging topics facing the contingency and entertainment insurance industry.
Corporate Membership for 2025 is USD $400 and now allows an UNLIMITED number of employees to be named as members. This entitles you to members only access to conference details, membership list of the association and NACA industry News and Events. You must be a member in order to access discount conference and hotel rates!
Please note any hotel bookings will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Hotel’s group booking cancellation policy. Please contact them directly if a change in your reservation is needed as the board is not in a position to cancel or refund hotel bookings on attendees’ behalf.

The NACA Board have been working to secure interesting speakers and presentations. Session agendas will continue to have a unique industry focused spin all in a forum that encourages open discussion for all members. A complete agenda including panelists and discussion topics will be updated as the event approaches.

Nestled close to the beach and Pier 60, the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa wins points for its prime location and the charm of its recent renovations.
Our conference hotel room rate is $279 per night (plus taxes and $35 daily resort fee) for our allocation of room nights. We have a block of rooms available May 5, 2025 through May 9, 2025. The cutoff date for the block is April 4, 2025.
To access the discounted member rates, you must be registered for the 2025 conference. The hotel will not honor the discounted rates for anyone who is not formally registered for the conference.
Given the increasing interest in attending NACA, there is LIMITED HOTEL AVAILABILITY for our Conference. When booking your hotel reservation, double check to ensure you have the correct arrival and departure dates.
Parking is valet only at $29/night with 24-hour in and out privileges.

The golf tournament will be held at Dunedin Golf Club. The tournament will be a scramble format with a shotgun start at 8:30 AM. The shuttle buses will pickup golfers from the hotel at 7:00 AM. Please check back for the transportation schedules and details on the food & beverage offerings for the golf tournament.
